Industrial design and reverse engineering
In the field of industrial design and reverse engineering, ProEm is your trusted partner. Whether we are independently developing innovative designs or collaborating on new components, our approach is rooted in creativity and technological skills. We bring your ideas, concepts, existing pieces, or design sketches to life by creating detailed computer models. Our process is enhanced with top-of-the-line tools, including 3D scanning, precise measuring instruments, and advanced data processing software, ensuring accuracy and innovation in every project.
DESIGNING TOOLS FOR PLASTIC INJECTION AND PRESSURE CASTING:
- We collaborate with customers in preparing a computer model that serves as the basis for tool design.
- We provide guidance in the part design phase and later in tool preparation.
- Upon agreement, we conduct FMEA analysis, mold flow analysis, and DFM.
- We create high-quality and precise 3D models, complete technical documentation, and provide support throughout the tool manufacturing process.
INDUSTRIAL DESIGN AND REVERSE ENGINEERING:
- We independently design or collaborate in the design of new pieces.
- We create a computer model of the new part based on ideas, designs, existing parts, or sketches/plans.
- We utilize 3D scanning, measuring tools, and data processing software to assist us in this process.
